As a Mathematician I have always wrangled with the concept of infinity and in my most recent work I have developed a new ‘organic abstract’ approach to explore this. My visual vocabulary is inspired by microscopic images, unusual natural forms, satellite views of earth, and space telescope images which explore the world beyond our normal visual perception. My aim is to find a deeper understanding of the universe and our place in it. I am constantly exploring new ways of applying textures and layering to my work, using a wide range of different mediums.
