Reflections - light - focus on the overlooked
I have rented various studio spaces in Norwich since graduating from Brighton. In this time, I have continued to make sculpture, draw and paint, using a variety of media including stone, wood, casting, These experiences are reflected in my practice.
My work is a combination of the abstract and representational, using the landscape and interiors for my inspiration. I am interested in reflections, light and shadow and the celebration of the mundane, elevating this to the status of ‘art’. I currently occupy a studio space at St Etheldredas Art Studios, where I enjoy the creative atmosphere of a shared space.
